"Join the locals" is our philosophy, and frankly what could be a better way to feel the heart of a country?

We are all from this area, and our wish is to give our guests an authentic and great experience of our home-place.  We want to be your hosts and your local friend, and that require great local knowledge from both the nature and the community.  We are all trained in first aid.

Runa Klock

Your local friend and food foraging expert.

Runa is from Sjøholt and her fellow guides like to call her a walking history book.

She is a very well known designer of furnitures, interior products, interior design, muesum exhibitions and on top of that she own several exciting companies. She just got rewarded the most prestiges price for designers in Norway called Jacobsprisen because of her innovative work on sustainable design.

Runa loves the outdoors and she loves to show people around our hometown.

Anniken Aakvik

Your local friend and founder of Offbeat Adventures.

Anniken is from Sjøholt and she has worked in the travelindustry for 16 years. Her experience is mostly from sales in companies like 62 Nord, Classic Norway, Alnes Lighthouse and Scandic Hotels.

Magnus Lindqvist Kverneng

Your local cool friend.

Magnus works as a teacher at one of the local schools. He used to work in the department of education in Norway.

Magnus thrives on getting to know people and to teach them about the norwegian culture and nature.

Camilla is from Eidsdalen and have lived most of her adult life in Geiranger.
